During this planned maintenance, we'll perform software updates for our WAF Edge in Dallas (TX), United States of America.

In order to minimize potential impact in operation, this maintenance is scheduled to start at 07:00 AM UTC (01:00 AM CST). Based on our experience, during this time, the amount of processed requests per second (req/s) is at its lowest around this time. At this time, we don't expect any interruptions in operation.

This is a regular bugfix release.

During this planned maintenance, we'll perform a feature rollout for our WAF Edge in Frankfurt, Germany.

In order to further improve detection of automated requests and threat actors, this feature update will introduce a new kind of in-house developed fingerprint that customers will be able to use in their WAF rulesets in near future.

In order to minimize potential impact in operation, this maintenance is scheduled to start at 22:00 PM UTC (00:00 AM CEST). Based on our experience, during this time, the amount of processed requests per second (req/s) is at its lowest around this time.

During this maintenance you can expect:

• No impact in WAF functionality or capacity
• A delay in access log streaming of up to 5 minutes
